Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cravit platform, operated by [CRAVIT_LEGAL_ENTITY] ("Cravit", "we", "us"). By using Cravit — whether as a diner ordering from a Cravit-powered restaurant or as a restaurant operator using our dashboard — you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any part of the Cravit platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Who can use Cravit

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an operator account. Diners under 18 may use the platform with guardian consent. You must provide accurate information when registering.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [CRAVIT_PRIVACY_EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, reverse-engineer Cravit's systems, run automated scripts that exceed reasonable rate limits, upload malicious content, or use Cravit to send unsolicited communications outside the platform's intended marketing flows.

Restaurant operator obligations

Restaurant operators are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and content of their menus, prices, marketing copy, and customer communications.

Operators warrant that they have the right to collect and process the customer data they import into Cravit and that they will honor diners' communication preferences (opt-outs, quiet hours, suppression lists). Operators must obtain customer consent where required by applicable law before sending marketing communications.

Third-party integrations

Cravit offers integrations with third-party services (Foodics, Meta, Paymob, OneSignal, SendGrid, Whatsable, and others). When an operator connects a third-party service, the operator is responsible for ensuring their use of that service complies with the third party's terms and any applicable laws.

Cravit is not liable for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Disconnecting a third-party integration is the operator's responsibility.

Fees and payments

Operator subscription fees are governed by the agreement signed at onboarding. Diner-side payments are processed by our payment partners (such as Paymob); the refund and dispute policies of the diner's chosen restaurant apply.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your account is used to violate the law, or for material non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [CRAVIT_PRIVACY_EMAIL]. On termination, our data retention policy (see Privacy Policy) applies.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cravit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cravit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid Cravit in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [CRAVIT_JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of [CRAVIT_JURISDICTION].
